Shipping Rates & Times

• We offer free worldwide express shipping (1-2 business days) on orders larger than €1000 euro. For orders less than € 1000 euro, your delivery options will be available at checkout. For the moment the options are limited but we work on it to offer you the best service we can.

• Free returns are offered for domestic swiss customers for every item we ship. 

• Sunday and holiday delivery is not offered.

• We are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

• As we are unable to deliver to certain areas, we suggest that you select a different shipping destination or contact our Customer Care team to help you find a solution.

Taxes and Duties

COSY SUNDAY makes your shopping experience comfortable. We ship to your destination on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be calculated according to your shipping destination and already included in the price you see in the shop.

Shipping Insurance for our Products

We and our courier partner guarantee that we'll keep your purchase safe until it reaches you. Once your purchase has been delivered to the specified address and signed for, it is no longer covered by insurance. 

If the package goes missing we may choose to open an investigation in collaboration with our delivery partner. Please contact Customer Care if you have this issue.
